Pathetic.
<p>I have been so loyal to Twisp. I had nearly my entire family buy one because I was convinced there is nothing better. Each Twisp that I have owned (over 6, and all different models) have broken and even in the 6 months warranty they refuse to replace it. I've experienced leaking, overheating, batteries only lasting for about 2 hours, a battery even leaking acid within the first month of purchase. They always have some pathetic excuse as to why they will not refund me or replace my Twisp. My family members and friends, who also use Twisp, have also experienced this. Twisp just expects us to buy a new Twisp every week. This is pathetic. They should rather change their warranty policy since everyone who owns a Twisp has major problems and they always refuse to replace it. I would like to know what alternative and RELIABLE e-cigarette brands there are.</p>

All our device most certainly come with a 6 month warranty, and this covers all manufacturing faults. If you are expriencing problems, you are able to take your device to a Twisp store for it to be assessed, and if a fault is found, we will always gladly replace a part for you.
