One out of two coils don't work
<p>I have purchased almost 7 coils over the last 3 months for my twisp, of which only 1 works. The coils either fall apart or just don't work. At R50 per coil that is R300 spent on items that do not work. Sales persons also do not want so exchange or refund me as the coils are "used". Utterly pathetic! </p>

One of our agents contacted you regarding your issue last week. It was explained to you how to use and replace the coils, as you stated you were finding the wicks were coming out of the coil itself.
Regarding the coils not working, it was also explained that the heating rods might not be making a correct connection when being inserted.
