not worth it at all

<p>I would like to inform you that I am very unhappy with your product.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have previously been in contact with one of your consultants. Case Ref: 1-10263</p> <p> </p> <p>I purchased the Twisp Solo and was very disappointed with your atomizer life span. I already went through 6 atomizers in less than a month. I have followed all the advice from your website and consultant but still do not get the promised results. I replaced my atomizer yesterday and from the first drag it made a crackling noise and became very warm when I draw. I think this have now also damaged the inner seal. The longest one atomizer has lasted me was about 6 days. Today I will have to replace a one day old atomizer again.</p> <p> </p> <p>I do follow all the advice and instructions accurately and do not use the device excessively and therefor I don’t understand why I do not get the promised results.</p> <p> </p> <p>I kindly ask that I get refunded on one pack of atomizers and a new inner seal as this is now becoming an expensive exercise.</p> <p> </p> <p>I look forward to your response to see if I can change my complaint to a compliment.</p>
