Not the service you would expect

<p>After spending R4000 in December on 2 x Twisp Aero X devices you would expect to receive some sort of decent after sales support! </p> <p> </p> <p>My standard battery that comes with my Twisp has an issue where the button intermittently gets stuck and keeps burning for the full 15 seconds until the devices auto off kicks in and shuts it down (luckily it has this safety setting otherwise it would have burned out) </p> <p>I decided to take it back to get it fixed or replaced immediately, as I know these problems usually start intermittently and then slowly get worse. </p> <p>After taking it in, I was told that they actually need to see the fault before they can do anything about it. Typically, the button didn't get stuck when they tested it. </p> <p>The staff at the twisp counter said they would keep testing it to see what happens. They kept it for 3 days before telling me "sorry, it didn't get stuck so we can't help you" </p> <p>Reluctantly I took my battery and left s they made it obvious that they won't help! </p> <p>Then... 2 days after fetching it from them it jammed again! Twice in a row. I tried taking a video of it for proof but then the 3rd time I pressed the button it was fine again</p> <p> </p> <p>I know that, unless fate is on my side at the very moment I go back to the store... this might not happen again while staff are inspecting it. </p> <p>Do you not think I have better things to do with my time than to run back and forth to twisp to report an issue that apparently "doesn't exist"</p> <p> </p> <p>This is pathetic service. I'm a paying customer that has spent almost R5000 since the beginning of December, including the flavours that I have bought since purchasing my devices. </p> <p>My faith in Twisp has failed and there is not a chance that I will recommend any of your products to any smokers as this is the service a good customer receives </p> <p> </p> <p>Very disappointed</p>
