I recently purchased a new cue and was refered by a friend who also purchased a cliq who again was refered by another. Now ...... if you have a rewards or referal programme why is this not comunicated to clients via your agents and stores. Now when we became aware of the rewards programe we asked why this is not comunicated and if by any chance one can claim the pods that clients should be rewarded with there is also a hefty discount applicable to this and we advised keep the discount we dont want that but at least due to your agents and stores not comunicating this wich is poor to say the least, atleast allow the claiming of the pods , wich we recieved comunication that you can only claim rewards if you refer someone. So answer me this how do people claim their rewards if they are not even made aware of the rewards they could get? Really ..... train the staff and stores. This is not right.
