Not happy with Aero X, wont refund

<p>I got the Aero X from East Gate mall on 6 Aug, since day one it's been problems with the device. The coil does not work, has to be replaced with a new coil every few hours, unit does not seal correctly, unit leaks out. Then when i said, please take the unit and give back my money... i was told, i've used the unit they can not refund me. Do i have to go the ombachman now to get my R1200 back?</p>
