Not believing customers
Please do not buy twisp devices. I bought one 2 weeks again and the battery is faulty. They do want want to replace it befofore a test which will take several hours I do not have several hours. why would I go through all this tribble if my battrry is fine. There cusomer service is realy bad. Not taking about the guy in the store they arr helpfull but cant say much about Management

All our devices come with a 6 month warranty for manufacturing faults, which means if any fault is found, this part will be replaced for you! However, in order for us to know what the fault, or solution could be, a device must first be assessed at one of our stores. Our stores and staff are there to assist and service your device.
