Not allowed my money back

I went and bought a brand new Twisp from Dischem yesterday 25 October 2015. I went to buy an extra battery and coils at the twisp kiosk in Clearwater as well. When I got home the twisp device was faulty. So Monday 26 October I went back to Dischem to return it. No problem getting a refund. I go to the Twisp kiosk to return the battery and coils and the girl Tumi tells me I must wait for the manager. A blonde girl comes along and has such an attitude with me and says I'm not allowed to return it because there is nothing wrong with it. She wouldn't even listen to my story and had such an attitude when I tried to explain. Eventually standing there for 25 minutes tumi says she will phone someone to confirm but she was just standing there doing nothing. I am a very upset customer right now!!!! I want my money back as I don't have the twisp anymore. What must I do with a battery and coils???? Please assist and get those girls to fix their disgusting attitude towards customers. Sure I'm not the first.
