Non-returnable e-cig???

<p>I bought my Twist on Friday 16 September 2016 at the Eikestad Mall Kiosk. It was leaking and splattered into the mouth piece when I tried to use it at home. I went to return it on Tuesday which is within the 10 day return policy. I will not keep a poor quality product which also burnt my tongue. </p> <p>I was told that I cannot return it becaise it has been opened and used. I did not open it! The sales person opened it for the first time and filled it with the liquids. I want my money back or I am reporting your company to the consumer protection tribunal, as your company is in contravenbtion of the Consumer Protection Act of 2008 .</p>
