No stock of coils for two weeks

I've been to different Twisp branches and to shops that sell Twisp products for them all to tell me that they don't have stock of the coils for the older device (Clearo). One lady at one of the twisp shops advised me that they get stock of them very seldom and if they do they only receive about 10 coils and then they sell very fast. This is ridiculous because we paid for the device and now you cannot provide us with the coils. Are you trying to force people to buy the new devices by doing this????? I want answers because not one of the branches can tell me when they will be receiving stock and in the mean time I cannot use my device because my coil has burnt out. Why did I spend so much money on your device for you not to have any coils when I need it? I would then rather go to someone else that actually has the parts when I need them. Is this what you want - to end up loosing good customers? This is really disappointing that I cannot find one coil at about 8 different stores. Kindly explain to me why no one has stock of them any longer.
