NO STOCK
When will there be stock? When will TWISP bryanston ever get a phone that works? When can I buy pods? This is ridiculous

07 Mar 2019, 10:29Good Morning Annerien, thank you for taking the time to reach out to us. We are sorry to hear about your experience with our Cue device and the inconvenience this has caused you. Our Nicolway kiosk does not have a phone at the moment as it was ******. However, they will be receiving stock of our Polar Mint and Tobacco Cue pods today. We can certainly understand your current frustration with our Cue pods! Not to mention the issue with not being to find stock you are looking for ???? We certainly know how this is impacting you as the customer and we are doing everything in our capabilities to get the pods back up to quality standards and to ensure there is adequate stock available everywhere!
Currently, once stock has arrived at our DC we are doing QA assessments on all stock to ensure it is working to then be able to release it to stores. We are trying to do this as fast as possible. However, we will be receiving stock of all our other flavours in next week and will be replenishing all our kiosks.
