No response despite reply here...

I would think that by having 81% complaints on Hello Peter alone you would take customer complaints seriously - I have already bought another brand device as my Clearo coils are just a disaster - I spoke to your head office coil expert who said they were aware of the problem - so - what am I supposed to do in this case?? How can you operate a business like this?? Very poor show...
