NO Alternative

<p>On the 31st of March i purchased a twisp. Literally days later with a new coil that was assembled at the Canal Walk pop up, all i taste is fluid. it tastes "burny" for a lack of a different descriptive. This being my second Twisp purchase after i did a little poll on FB asking vape users their opinion, twisp came up tops. I should have listened to my instict and avoided it like the plaque.</p> <p> </p> <p>15 days later with a slip and everything, new coil only the fluid that was initially added to the twisp i head back to demand my money back. To be faced with young and terribly unhelpful employees who simply told me sorry unless there is a default we cannot do anything.</p> <p> </p> <p>We do not give money back unless a factory fault and from the looks of it you need a new coil. i was never told that i would need to replace the coil every 2 weeks. And when i mentioned that, this ****y young man told me oh but it's cheap R75. To which my reply was then i might as well keep smoking ciggaretes cos i am not a heavy smoker. I had another coil but didn't want to use it as i just wanted my money back. I left the pop up after some time with a product that after 15 days purchased with my hard earned money didn't work as it should and bought ciggarettes.</p> <p> </p> <p>I mailed customer service and they gave me a similar wishy washy story. NOW...I sit with a device i can't use cos even with the darn new coil, it still leaks and tastes like burn.</p> <p> </p> <p>Seriously...this is NO alternative, it's a way for them to sell ******* with absolute zero remorse.</p>
