NEW GENERATION COILS
I purchased a black Edge from Cresta mall on Sat 14 November, 2015<br> <br> The sales person covertly 'swapped' the coil out of my new starter kit with another one!<br> <br> So my question to you is: how do we as customers know that the coils we are purchasing are indeed the latest generation?<br> <br> How can we distinguish between the previous coils from the latest coils??<br> <br> I would like an answer please.<br>

All the devices being shipped to our counters now have the latest upgraded Coils inside the boxes. At all our stores, our staff, will always check a device thoroughly when you make a purchase. They will open it to do a full last check to make sure everything is in working order and to take a customer through a run down of how to use the product.
Some of our stores, may still have stock that has the older coil located in the device, and if found they of course swap this out free of charge for you.
The newer coil, you can see, at the bottom there are two air holes, and you will be able to see white inside of them. The older generation have air holes, but have no white visible,
