New aero device leaking extensive liquid

I have purchased the new aero device. I was told the device is top of the range device, and I specifically asked if the device leaked liquid the sales person said does not leak liquid. Obviously I was **** to because when I am filling flavour in the new device there is liquid leaking from the mouth piece. When I pull in from the mouthpiece it makes a bubbling noise and the liquid comes into my mouth. When I blow into the mouth piece the liquid then leaks through the adjustable airflow.<br> <br> I have been a loyal customer to twisp for over a year now and I am not happy with the lies that your sales people are telling your clients just for a sale of your so called high end units. I was going to buy a different brand device but I waited to get your new device hoping that the problems from your old devices will be sorted out. I will probably loose quite a bit of liquid in couple of weeks just by the leaking. I laid a complaint and received feedback stating need to clean the device. which I did but not even 5 min later the deice is leaking again. I am loosing great amount of liquid. I have pics of the amount of liquid that leaks. if I can not get assistance can I please get my money back.<br>
