My Twisp Edge actually Burned my Hand!

My husband bought me a Twisp Edge a few months ago.<br> <br> Yesterday when I picked my Twisp up it was FLAMING hot and actually burned a blister on my hand!<br> I had to take the entire thing apart seeing that it continued to heat up and created smoke despite the fact that I was not even using it. This was a great struggle because it was untouchable due to the heat.<br> <br> As soon as I connect the battery to the middle part again, not even to the top, it just kept creating smoke while it heated up. Please note that I am not even pressing the button - it happened automatically!<br> <br> You claim that your product is safe to use but I must admit, after my experience yesterday and the blister on my hand I am not too sure of this anymore and for a product that is so expensive I find this COMPLETELY unacceptable!<br> <br>
