Missing items and now I have to wait for 2 weeks

I ordered my Twisp yesterday from Takealot after recieving the package today I cam to find that there is a few items missing (I ordered the full kit for R1600). First of all the CHARGER... the chargers box is empty so how am I supposed to use this device without a charger? and the following is missing as well: 1 X Spare Battery, 1 X Clearomiser, 1 X Mouthpiece and 1 X Spare Coil. I phoned Twisp in regards with this as the box was still sealed from the manufacturing process but they refered me back to Takealot and now I have to wait for almost 2 weeks for collection and inspection and then they will exchange the item for me. Surely you have some quality and quantity controls in check? oh wait you dont otherwise this would not have happened. Surely I could have just took it to any Twisp store for an exchange, but no sirey, I now need to wait 2 weeks. I am not an impressed new customer to twisp and is wondering now if I maybe made a mistake buying the device.
