Manager bad attitude
I went to Vuse Canal Walk shopping centre to return 5 pods for my cue device. They leak and the oil runs out. This is a continuing problem. They refuse to replace 2 put of the 5, ad they say the pods are empty, I showed the tissue paper where the oil ran out. Very unhelpful and the worst was there was some extremely unfriendly manager sitting there, who refused to even talk to me! This is unacceptable, I’m a frequent client, and this manager would not even acknowledge me. I want to take this futher as this type of treatment is unacceptable.

If the pods does not contain any liquid then no exchange can be done, only pods that does contain liquid of 50% and above can be echanged.
