Loyalty Points and no help from support

I bought 16 twisp flavours from the Brooklyn shop in the last 2 months and received no loyalty point for them. I contacted the branch and head office. The branch said they will investigate. I got a SMS that confirmed that I received 1 point(should be 12). Head office don't respond to my mails. Looks like I should have gone with a Chinese brand or go back to normal smoking. At least you don't get *****ed when you buy a pack of cigarettes!
