Loyalty Card/Points

What a disappointment, once this Loyalty Card/Points are introduced to our customers, I never have any benefit of this, every time I do my purchase they said I am not registered for the program, like last month again, they apparently registered me then, and still I have NO loyalty points available after purchase again 2 flavours, I use my Twisp since December 2013, buying every month 2 - 4 coils and at least 2 flavours and still I am struggling to get some loyalty points, WHAT A DISSAPOINTMENT!! I AM REALLY UNHAPPY! BEST OF IT, I also used the online option to buy my flavours and still I do not have any loyalty points!! This is so nice!!
