Let Down For The Second Time

<p>I bought a twisp (Edge) from Loot earlier this year. Used it for a while when the button suddenly became loose. It would fall out from time to time and I'd just put it back, when I finally decided to get it replaced before my warrantee ran out (about 2 months before the warrantee would end). Went to Twisp Brooklyn, PTA, multiple times each time they stated they didn't have replacement parts (please check, it's there on record). Eventually I went to Woodhill Twisp branch (well out of my way) to get the part instead of risking my warrantee expiring without receiving help. I got a new battery part (where the button fits) and it didn't fit well to my existing front part of my twisp (where the mouthpiece is). Aaaaand it started leaking fluid. So over this! I've put off getting this sorted out because it's such a drag, but you know what R900 isn't cheap. So I would like to have it replaced ASAP, with a new one because the one I received is obviously a dud :(</p>
