leaking through whole device and battery dying
I bought a twisp solo from Clicks at illanga mall in nelspruit and after charging it the first 3 pulls was fine now it's leaking all the time, through the mouthpiece, air vents and the battery is getting super hot within 5 pulls. I wanted to contact twisp personally but can't find the email or contact number on their website. This is truly unacceptable I have been thinking about changing to twisp for months. So I finally make the change and I get this faulty device. Please advise what the next step would be? I know retail and understand faulty devices do happen.
