after posting the complaint of the leaking aero device the company contacted me and their representative call me a day later .he was friendly and understanding .he suggested a few things which did not work but resolved the issue buy exchanging the atomiser tank which has since solved the problem .he also replaced the coils with new stock which was a new design .The problem of the device leaking has been solved .thank you for your assistance .I have not smoked a cigarette for 3 months now. Twisp is the only company I have come across that complies with the CPA and guarantees their products .when I had the problems I wanted to buy another product from other suppliers only to find out they only give a 1 month guarantee on their products . the fact that their staff are friendly and helpful makes customer confident of the products being sold and problems one may have will be addressed.I have since bought another aero for a friend that smoked 40 to 50 cigarettes a day now he only somkes 10 a day and is reducing his smoking .thank you
