Leaking Cue Pods
I am writing to complain about the quality of the Twisp Cue pods. They always leak and I have bought at least three that don't work at all. Considering how much they cost losing up to 25% of the liquid due to leakage is not acceptable and I am going to look at other alternatives and will be sure to tell people considering the Cue product to think otherwise.

Please take note we are currently working on improving the pods, however, the release date for new pods is still unknown. In the interim, any pods you have found faulty can be taken to your closest Twisp kiosk to be assessed and exchanged. Ensure to have your proof of purchase on hand as your device is covered by a 6 month warranty, and your pods are covered for any defects.
