Leakage and burning problems with EDGE and SOLO

Good day<br> <br> We where happy twisp users for 2 days and then my new Solo started leaking excessively. We took it back to Menlyn the next day (Sunday). After wasting a lot of time cleaning and refilling the twisp twice they phoned the manager and was advised to replace the entire Atomizer. They did not have stock and advised us to come back with the twisp on Thursday (tomorrow)<br> <br> This morning my husband phoned me disappointment and informed me that his Twisp Edge is leaking so bad that the liquid is literally flowing out of the side. He phoned me again this afternoon to tell me that he burnt his hand when he picked up the Edge because it was making a weird noise (Not in charge). It seemed like the edge has overheated without it even being on?<br> <br> Very disappointed. You would expect after paying R800 for the Edge and R500 for the Solo that it would at least last a week?<br>
