Is Twisp closing down
I am concerned that twisp is going to close soon and devices we have bought will be wasted without being able to buy spares. I just bought two new Arcus AIO devices at quite a cost. I have since raised a concern that the batteries get to 40% and then switch off. I have also asked for assistance as i have been to three stores who do not have stock of spare glass for my devices. I was promised feedback on the battery on the 26th and for the spares on the 29th. The support desk are not responding to mails or answering the phones
