incorrect info on website
On the Twisp website, it says 5 points gets you a free bottle of liquid, yet today I got to a Twisp kiosk and it is now 7 points. You guys did not notify anybody. Even your sales staff were shocked. This is poor service. Twisp is utterly unreliable, to their customers and staff members.

Sorry about the miscommunication. We are in the process of announcing this to all customers via SMS, Newsletter and Social Media.
We have just changed the loyalty system because all of our flavour prices have dropped from R199.95 to R159.95. You no longer need to purchase the 2 for R320 special to enjoy the benefits. Now you will receive a point per Flavour purchased.
If you had 5 points, you would now be on 7 points so you can still redeem your free flavour. Thereafter you will need to accumulate 7 points to receive a Free flavour on your next flavour purchase.
