Inaccurate Sales pitch

On Monday, 25 May 2015 I went to the Kenilworth Centre Kiosk of Twisp to purchase a new battery. The sales consultant on duty showed me the new range of E-cigs they had in stock, and after discussion I opted for the new Edge as I was told it had a battery life of 1- 2 days . <br> On Tuesday, i found this was not the case, and the \high performance"battery only lasted half a day. I returned the battery on Wednesday"

We do apologise that you have been misinformed.

The battery will last according to your usage.

We do offer a 900mAh Edge battery which should last you longer than your current 650mAh Edge battery seeing that you are a more frequent Twisper.
