I'm leaving the brand
<p>I think I've complained 4x this year about your brand, it doesn't seem like there's any intention on improving the quality. 9 in every 10 reviews on this website is a complaint. I had consisent coil issues earlier this year with the Edge, I was upgraded to the Ion. It worked perfectly up until now and yet again I'm having coil issues. They burn all the time and everytime I buy a coil I have a Twisp sales rep change it for me. Spare me the call back where someone is going to tell me how to change a coil. Get your heads out the sand! I'm done </p>
