Horrible telephonic skills
Today I phoned the kiosk at Woodlands mall in order to speak to the manager Phylisia regarding coils we baught 2 days ago and broken again, where the sales representitive answered where I could bearly hear what they were saying and passed the phone over to the area manager where I asked again and she rudely answered there is no one by that name. With the worst attitude!! Absolutely revolting!!
