having posted my problem still nothinng

Having already posted my problem with twisp, the were very quick to respond saying they were sorry BUT I have still not heard from any representitive from twisp as promised over a week ago. Maybe there service is as good as their products .... all talk and no action<br> <br> Clearly they like taking my money but they clearly don't want to give aything back to there customer<br>
