Great staff at the mall of the north

A very well done to the staff at the mall of the north.<br> I have an edge which continously was leaking i visited the store and the staff was very friendly helped me cleaned the device and told me to try it for a few days if it leaks again to come back it unfortunately did leak again, i went back to the store with my device the manager was very helpful we still never found the problem herself and a male that works there asked if i could leave my twisp with them so they can find the problem i gladly did so fetched it in 2 days we found that the rubber of my twisp wasnt there i purchased a new coil , ive never came across at all the kiosks i visited such helpful staff , i got the managers name raeesa and unfortunately i never caught the other persons name but it was a male thank you so much for the help , i travel alot but will always return to the mall of the north kiosk and stock up for my travels they make you feel so welcome.<br> Twisp needs to give you guys a bonus excellent customer service keep it up mall of the north twisp
