<p>After using twisp for 4 years ( No problems)I was convinced to buy your Ion by your lady at Bedford Centre, after 2 months my battery was over heating and I had no invoice due to your new system , once again Twisp you were good to your word the lady found the invoice and exchanged it with no problems, thats why I keep using you , staff and product is still the best and I have a few vape products from different companys, but nothing beats your staff and product, Great service guys </p>
