Please advise on the following: I was due for a free 20ml liquid and due to the lockdown no one could purchase any products. However I don't see it on the app under rewards anymore. Today I went to the Galleria kiosk to find out about it only to be told they are waiting for head office to give them feedback about it. Will it be possible to let me know if I still qualify for it or not. Thanks.
