FED UP
I have been a loyal and long standing customer of Twisp right from the onset when they first opened their stalls all over KZN, I purchased two Clearo's with multiple accessories and addons along the journey and it still is by far the best design I feel for smoking comfortability. I then proceeded to buy the ION with great enthusiasm as to a better vaping experience little did I know I would be shooting myself straight in the mouth with all the problems that began with this device, right from day one the chamber could not hold the liquid and kept leaking profusely through the breather holes below even when turned and closed and splattered into the mouthpiece at odd times. The battery would not hold its full charge after the first month, it was replaced with another and that rectified that particular issue although one and a half weeks after my warranty had ended the battery just seemed to have ceased as the button didn't work anymore nor did it want to charge when connected. I still did not lose faith in Twisp and bought two Cue's one as a gift for my partner and one for myself as the marketing depicted 'no mess no fuss' just a battery and pods, everything went swell until my partner's Cue started giving her issues with her battery coming on by itself at random times and because it was over the warranty period Twisp had to charge for another battery so I decided to gift her again with mine and look for something similar or better yet again. Then I came across the Edge, my word I have to say this is the worst possible design made by Twisp thus far, yes the perk is that you can adjust your vape smoke intensity underneath on the dial but for all the other faults it simply isn't worth it. The liquid leaks straight into battery due to this RIDICULOUS coil and the lack of rubberized infrastructure around it to prevent the seaping from simply happening, I mean I'm no engineer but common sense can show anyone that as it doesn't even fit snug into its holder. When vaping after about three long strenuous pulls the battery led flashes and you have to wait a short while for it to recuperate plus yet again the battery cannot hold its full charge just like prior issues with ION, what the hell? Are you for real? Seriously is this what you guys call a distinctive market leading vaping experience?! Highly dissapointed and extremely irate customer - I would like to know how is my issue at hand going to be resolved as a loyal client ? I am really at my wits end with you guys now.
- One of the seals that could be missing thus causing liquid to seep through the air control ring.
- Hairline crack on your tank which causes negative air from the outside in to your tank causing the liquid to push up into the mouthpiece.
- Over saturation, when there is to much liquid in the coil causing your device to flood. This could happen by the type of draws you take with the device.
Regarding your Edge device if you draw longer then 10 seconds the device will go into over heating protection and will cut out for 5 seconds. Can you kindly let us know what charging block you are using to charge your devices in question and what liquid you are using.
