Faulty twisp Rebel cue pod
Bought a rebel cue pod for my twisp vmcue.. It doesn't work... We are in lockdown and now I can't exchange it. I looked it up on the internet and apparently I'm not the only one struggling with this problem. Thanks but no thanks. I think I'll go back to my cigarettes, you just lost a customer.

14 Sept 2020, 12:29Hi Tamzin,Take the Cue Pod out and gently tap it (Mouthpiece side up) on a table and reinsert the Pod back into the Cue Battery. This will release any air bubbles that may have formed and will saturate the wick.
