Faulty Twisp but Not Helpful Staff
I received a twisp aero as a gift last year September from a family member who does not live in the country. My device is now experiencing overheating and weak battery. When I went to The Glen twisp branch to ask them if they could send it in for repairs as the device is registered on my name the lady was quite rude to me because i had no slip questioning me about why don't I have a slip even if it was a gift and i quote 'it's not like you don't know how much the device costs it's R1000 so for what is the person trying to hide the slip from you for?' . This was out of line in my opinion and their should be something that could be done as this product is still within it's warranty period. I am highly upset about service that was provided and feel that this staff member needs to be trained on people skills for future experiences.
