Faulty Twisp Batteries

Hi there

I have been a loyal Twisp user for over 3 years. You are more than welcome to verify this.I know have 2 different devices (Ion and Clearo 2) and the batteries do not charge properly.In the past every time i took them to the kiosk and where they were faulty they were replaced.I was first told it was the charger but since replacing it still nothing.I was then told that the batteries are worn, this i can understand (wear and tear) however when i use a different charger it chargers fine. The salespeople then tell me it doesn't work consistently because it dropped ??.I have a spare clearo 2 battery that's fairly new and it still just lights up when i insert the charger.Guys please can i get some help here.I spend a small fortune on these devices and encourage everyone to purchase from Twisp because of the excellent after sales support but this doesn't seem to be happening now.Please can i get some help. I now have 2 expensive devices gathering dust !!!!!
