Faulty twisp

<p>I am a loyal twisp customer, I first purchased the clearing, and then the edge x , and now the aero x , I have only had the aero x for 4 months and the battery does not charge or hold it's charge and I am furious,I purchase all my twisp products and accessories from twist and now I have a aero that does not function, I unfortunately do not have the receipt and and would like either my battery or the device to be replaced, otherwise I will take this further pls contact me asap email: **********
