Faulty Products

<p>I would have preferrred to speak to TWISP first to give them a chance to rectify my problem but unfortunately the are no contact details.</p> <p>I have been a Twisp user since they came to the country. Unfortunately, the product has prooved to be quite unreliable. My latest experience is that I bought a box of 5 coils for my Clerio. I have 3 units so changed the coil on one and it seemed to work for only a day. So I changed the coil on another and it worked for a day. I was not sure which of the units I had changed so I then reverted to using my non Twisp products. This week they ran out so I changed a Clerio unit to have a new coil and kept it separate. Well it worked for exactly one filling of oil.</p>
