Faulty product causing toxic liquid to enter mouth

Unanswered email: Good Morning Puvandra,That problem with the Twisp leaking keeps persisting and to be honest I've just about given up on it and have resorted to smoking cigarettes again. Personally I think your new devices are faulty and should be put through a thorough quality control test before going on the market. I had the older Twisp and had never really had as many problems as this and I'm terribly disappointed in the product as I spend about R500 per month with you guys supporting this habit and it continually disappoints me. From what I've heard from one of your consultants is that you guys are making your own coils. To be honest I think thats where the problem is the coil is the only way that the liquid comes up all the time and excretes liquid into ones mouth. I suggest and urge you to put this forward to better your product for future.
