Faulty product
I've been smoking twisp for four years, forced to upgrade to my fourth different device now. Recently my ION device battery gave in and when wanting to replace it the sales person told me that they discontinuing it and I should upgrade. Do away with a device that worked perfect. I bought the new TYKO and spent a lot of money on it. Only to my disappointment the coil only lasts me for 3 days. It's the biggest gimmick ever and money making scheme. I've complained to the store about it and was told that maybe the coil was a dud. Now it's a whole pack of duds. Don't waste your money on this product!!

07 Feb 2019, 15:19Hi Ubeid, the 0,5 Ohm coil is (Direct inhale) and the Mango liquid is too thin as the PG/VG ratio is 50/50 VG is a Thinner Consistency: Due to the fact that propylene glycol has a runny consistency, PG e-liquid is thinner than the VG variety, and is easily absorbed by the cotton fabric inside the coil.
VG: Thicker: Vegetable glycerin is a considerably thicker solution, compared to propylene glycol. It has a slower absorption rate for coils. The correct liquid to use for the 0.5 Ohm coil would be the the Orange By Twisp range as the PG/VG ratio is 70/30 as the 0,5 Ohm coil heats up faster then the 1,2 Ohm coil.

07 Feb 2019, 15:31Sorry my bad it is the mouth to lung and not 0.5 because that's what I asked for. Your staff supposed to have the expertise in advising such details. A packet of coils for a week is ridiculous as this supposed to be my previous 2 months supply. I appreciate your feedback but it doesn't solve my problem. I bought the mouth to lung coils and the mango flavour so according to what u just said, the PG supposed to suit it. Advise if I'm wrong?
