Faulty pods
I am highly dissatisfied as I bought 10 pods and so far 3 of them are faulty
2 of them started tasting like burning which is not normal and the third is leaking which is very bad for the twisp itself

Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us. We are sorry to hear about your experience with our Cue pods and we do apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you.
Your Cue pods are covered against any manufacturing defects regarding burnt tastes, leaking and no vapor being produced. If a pod is found to have a burnt taste, do not use the pod further, put the pod aside and on your visit to the counter have any pods found to have a burnt taste assessed and exchanged by one of our agents in store. If a pod is found to be leaking within the packing, do not open this pod, keep this aside for your next visit to the Twisp store. We understand that we are not always able to get to a store when a problem arises, we have given the pods a warranty of 6 months for this instance, keep your faulty pods aside for your next store visit, this can be any dedicated Twisp stores, our agents will assess and replace this for you. Our new batch of pods, this should no longer be leaking.
