Faulty PODs
I have a CUE device and I have had various AEROs and started with the clearo. The CUE was impressive but the pods seem to stop working when there is still liquids left. I Bought two pods yesterday both of which are broken now and at this rate I simply will have to find me a alternative. It seems to me the products went down hill from the initial clearo. I would really like some feedback regarding the PODs maybe im doing something wrong but it can honestly not go on like this. Kind regards

Thank you for taking the time to post your concerns.
We are sorry to hear about your current experiences. When a pod which is full is no longer producing any vapour this means that a air bubble could be preventing the ceramic coil from wicking, hence no vapour will be produced. This can be resolved by tapping the bottom of your pod (mouth piece facing up) on a flat surface.
We would like to speak to you a bit further about this, someone from support will be in contact within the course of the day.
