Faulty Cue pods
Good day,
I have a complaint about the cue pods that I have been purchasing. They were great quality in the beginning, but lately they have been tasting extremely burnt and are unsmokable. The pods are costly to keep buying, especially if I have to purchase extra because some of them are faulty. Please advise as to what you plan to do rectify this problem in order to satisfy me and all your other many customers?

Your Cue pods are covered against any manufacturing defects regarding burnt tastes, leaking and no vapor being produced. If a pod is found to have a burnt taste, do not use the pod further, put the pod aside and on your visit to the counter have any pods found to have a burnt taste assessed and exchanged by one of our agents in store.
