Faulty coils and broken button

<p>I smoke the Edge and have been experiencing problems with the coils for months now and just cannot afford to keep throwing money away like this. I soak the coils correctly, as per instruction by Twisp staff at the Waterfront, but find that AT LEAST 1 coil per box is faulty. It's becoming ridiculous! On top of that, I bought a bigger battery in December and the button has come loose. Not even sure if it is still under warranty? I am just not a happy camper and have been Twisping for 4 years now.</p>
