Faulty cliq pods.

The quality of your TWISP cliq pods is appalling. It’s not the first time that I’ve bought a pod and followed all the instructions as per the box, only to have it have a burnt taste from the very first puff. I buy your product for the simple reason that it’s convenient however this is making me reconsider as I’m wasting too much money on faulty pods.
