FAULTY

I bought my Twisp Edge on 6th Jan 2016 and it was a complete waste of money. I have a Clearo with which I have no complaints but the Edge is extremely disappointing. The flavours don't taste anything like they would in the Clearo. The atomiser does not vapourise properly. I have to pull really hard to get any vapour or taste from the devise. I constantly get the feeling I'm smoking a hubbly due to the liquid taste and sound while dragging. Almost feel like there is no power from the battery to vapourise the liquid properly. I would like to return this item as R799 is not small change for something that does not live up to standard or exchange it for the Solo. If I have smoked it 10 times, its alot as the experience is nothing like smoking the Clearo and its highly disappointing! I emailed the supplier and they gave some explanation which to me is just excuses! THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE AND HIGHLY DISAPPOINTING!!!!!
