Failure of product and refunding

I bought a twisp Areo on the 23 Dec 2015, started using the product from the 25 Dec 2015 and since I have gone through 2 packs of coils. The battery lasted me about 3 hours and the device was leaking constantly. <br> <br> I went back to the kiosk to ask why the product that they have sold to me is not working as describe. The lady responded to me and said that I am using it incorrect, I said that they one that sold it to me said that I must use it in this way, so she started changing her tune with me. <br> <br> I had a meeting on the 07 Jan 2016 with clients and the device was in my pocket, it leaked and my shirt was damaged, on the 08 Jan 2016 I took it back and said that they need to refund me for the device, again a different story was told, I said that if you don\t even have confidence in your own product why do you sell it to the public
