Extremely unhappy client

I urge anyone to shy away from the nonsense twisp is selling, I baught a cue and cliq in November 2020 by December both were broken. After having them replaced I then find out that these models will be discontinued and now need to buy a Vuse device. I baught the Vuse device and walked out of the mall to and tried to smoke it, once again the device and one of the pods you get with it were not working! I took it back and the employee replaced the device and the pods for me but insisted that I have to pay for the previous one that was working which I also gave back. After a while the area manager called and said I can give the faulty box back and revieve a new box that includes two pods. After this altercation the lady explained to me that they offer a new recycling capaign that if you bring them 10 empty pods you get a free box of Vuse flavors free. Today I went to get my free flavor only to find out they have stopped this campaign and will only start again mid March! When will you make up your mind!

I do not understand what is going on with your inferior service and product quality. This is really unacceptable
